These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all bookings on minibushires.co.uk, and the Customer confirms and acknowledges that upon confirmation of booking, they accept these Terms and will comply with them in full. These are set up so that everyone can travel safely and professionally. Please read these terms carefully before you make a reservation. 

Booking and Confirmation

Deposit or full payment is due before reservations are confirmed. The car and driver will be reserved if it is confirmed, on the date and time agreed to. Booking is according to your details. Please verify prior to confirmation. Mistakes in information can result in delays.

Payment Terms

A deposit may be needed to confirm your booking. All balances will be due before travel or as mutually agreed in writing. Failure to pay on time might result in cancellation of the booking. Pricing is based on your booking details. Any changes after booking may affect the price.

Cancellations and Refunds

All cancellations must be sent in writing. It may incur charges based on the timing of your cancellation before your trip. Typically, you can’t get your deposit back. In the event of late cancellations, full charges may apply. Refunds will depend on the situation and will be determined by the company.

Amendments to Bookings

Let us know early if you need changes. They depend on availability and may cost extra. Last minute changes are unlikely. 

Passenger Conduct and Responsibility

All passengers shall conduct themselves safely and respectfully on the trip. The customer will pay for the vehicle if it is damaged. Where seatbelts are provided, they are to be worn. The driver may report any unsafe or bad behaviour at any time. 

Vehicle Use Policy

Smoking is not allowed in any vehicle. No alcohol or illegal drugs are to be brought on board unless agreed prior to the trip. No intoxicated, under the influence, or dangerous passengers are welcome on our board.

Delays and Liability

All delays due to factors beyond our control are not our responsibility. There is no responsibility for missed flights, appointments, and events. There is always time to spare for your trip.

Right to Refuse Service

Passengers’ dangerous or disrespectful behavior can be sufficient grounds to stop or refuse a trip. No refund applies. Safety is always required. 

Policy Updates 

Send complaints in writing after travel. We will review and respond fairly. Terms may change anytime. Using our service means you accept updates.
